another new guy...

Hello all, new guy as well...may have a stupid question for you all. I recently bought a 2003 SLT Yukon, and in the headrest, above the driver and one in the rear, there are two small vents. They look about the size of a golf ball, what are these for? I know there is a small fan in them, and one is making a 'rubbing' noise, and was wondering what these were for???:confused2:

They are quite possibly your rear air vents- do you have rear air??

yes, so they just are vents?? I know they are not air vents, maybe ventilation..?
