I have a 96 2 dr. 4x4 It is factory with no lift & has 285/75/16 toyo open country a\t's on the factory wheels. If I install new torsion keys and crank them up 2 inches or so can I run a set of 33x12.50x17's on 17x9 wheels? the tires I have now measure around 32.8. can I fit them with these minor mods without putting on a 4 inch lift? Do I need a certain offset?

I had a 99 with a 3" lift. 33's were tight on it. I tagged the inner lip of the fender on anything other than level ground. My guess is you need a minumum 4" to avoid cutting your treads.
