I just purchased the Pioneer 4000 in dash screen, but I was wondering how you can bypass the function that keeps you from playing dvd's whilde driving? I heard that you have to just hook the ebrake wire to a toggle switch, and then ground it, but I was not sure. Also, if anyones has any pics of their install with the smae situation, could you please post? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up just wiring the ebrake wire from the harness to a toggle switch and then grounded the toggle switch. Works great!

if u used a relay, there is no need for a switch.

85 and 87 = ground.
86 = Dvd player Remote turn on wire.
30 = parking brake wire from deck.
