Alpine IVA-W505 Removal

I have an 07 Tahoe with an Alpine IVA-W505 installed. I would like to install the PAC TR-7 bypass. Does anyone know how to correctly remove the HU so I can install the bypass? Thanks.

ps - I have the wood panel if that makes a difference

you have to gently pry the wood piece back, careful not to nick the wood. then there's 6-8 bolts(7mm?) that lets the a/c and head unit out of the console
