ABS acting up

Anyone know what i will need to do so i can take care of this stupid abs problem? Its a 2000 tahoe and they said the recall is closed for the abs kicking on all the time :mad2:

One tsb i found just said to take it apart and clean the sensor. So is there any special tools needed? I have everything except star bits....and i need those for my jeep. lol
