I hope I can post in this forum... I don't see any appropriate place for the Equinox but need quick help if it's on here.
I'm renting an 08 Equinox in the STL area for the next 4 days and cannot get power out of the lighter/accessory receptacle - to power/charge my navigation system. I'm not familiar with the Equinox (I own a 96 GMC Sierra and 99 Tahoe) so don't know if there's a switch to turn power on to the receptacles. Naturally, because it's a rental, the owner's manual isn't in the glove box... just my luck on this trip! Is anyone familiar with the Equinox and know?
