Question: DVD Lockpick and Aftermarket amps

Im getting a system built at my local audio shop..

2 comp sets
3 amps
1 sub

anyway, the shop knows nothing about my lockpick.. will the module to hook up an aftermarket amp into my navigation headunit get in the way of eachother?
