I have a 2007 Tahoe w/ eibach lowering kit and 22's. The front tires are wearing very badly on the inside, much faster than the rest of the tire. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it the shocks or a alignment issue or something else. Please help

Some aftermarket coils sold drop the T900 so much that the front camber cannot be brought into the acceptable range. The advice you are getting is sound. Ask the alignment technician to set the front cambers as positive as he can get it. Please post your before and after alignment specifications.
