Need part number for item

In all my fooling around with my 99 Tahoe, I seem to have misplaced (permanently) one of the rear speaker covers located on the roof of the vehicle.

I cannot for the life of me find a replacement part anywhere on GM parts sites, ebay and the like.

I was wondering if someone could give me the part number so I can look around and try to find a price for it. It is tan. Thanks in advance
