OEM NAV Questions

New to the forum. Is there a way to disable the feature that prohibits NAV entry while moving and movie playing while out of park? Im also in the process of installign a USA Spec Ipod interface with the new cable to charge the I Phone 3g. I can't figure out how to get the radio trim off. Can anyone tell me?

Theres even a video showing how to pop off the trim. Get a small screwdriver under there and just pry, it'll feel like it's breaking, but it'll come.
