Dual Climate Control

I have a 2005 Tahoe and have the dual climate control. Does anyone know if when the headlights are on all the buttons light up? All mine do but the "Off" button and the "Fan Speed" button.

ALL MINE DID UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN THE PASSENGER SIDE CONTROL LIGHT BURNED OUT. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CHANGE OUT THIS BULB?

What about the "Off" Button? My Fan Speed Control came back on once I pulled it out to take a look for bulbs. I didnt see any way to change bulbs, so I am guessing that the entire unit needs to be changed out. Like I said my Fan Speed Light came back on, but the "Off" button does not light. Did yours???

everything works except the blue to red sliding scale for the passenger climate, the drivers works as well as everything else
