Can I replace the factory radio and still use the steering controls, onstar,satelite radio and what ever stuff that is hooked into it ? Non-Bose

With the proper interfaces, you can retain everything. You'll have to get a steering wheel interface to retain the swc, and the proper harness/module to retain the On-star, chimes, and rap feature when adding an aftermarket deck.
