hey guys, Im new to the forum. I bought a burgundy 2007 yukon slt w/14k miles tuesday before the new year out of Atlanta, but live 15miles west of New Orleans. It has the gray interior with the buckets seats all the way back, sunroof, and the factory 20's. Since the purchase, I have tinted my front windows 20% to match the rear passenger windows and the back two and the hatch is limo. Today I have to bring it to muffler shop to get the single in, dual out magnaflow muffler and Im installing the denali grill my self. I also want to level out the rear and install the factory navigation. My question to the board is what all will be needed to do the install. I was reading a couple of threads and it was say something about a jp customs plug? I do have the bose system, but i dont have rear dvd. So, if i was going to order a factory nav off of ebay, would it just plug right in and play. Would i need to get anything else to make it work....thanks!!!!!

Have you thought of getting a Lockpick along with your factory Nav? http://www.coastaletech.com/GMX320.htm. I installed one on my 07 Tahoe that has factory nav in it and love it. The lockpick has all the outputs plus allows you to view your DVD while in gear. I also incorporated side view and front cameras on my Tahoe. Really nice! I have a thread of how to instal the cameras and have a youtube site showing them in action if your interested.

Ill be happy to help you any on the install if you do get one! Good Luck! Mike'
