Running wires through seats/ Console help!

Hey guys, I finally received the right headrests from Invision and will be installing them tomorrow in my 2007 Tahoe Z71. My questions are:

1.) how do I remove the plastic cover on the back of my leather seats to facilitate running the wires?

2.) any instructions on removing the center console?
