XM Display: Song Titles & Artists Names Cutoff

Is there any way to have the XM display on my Nav screen show entire song names & artist names? Or, at least have them scroll through? Even some AM & FM stations do it - wy not XM?

Xm only broadcast 16 characters I think so some titles are cut off. There is no way to get them because they arent broadcast.
