Hey guys I have been having a problem with my keyless entry. When I get out I can click the button and lock the doors but I have to use the key to unlock the door....Then the Keyless entry works once I put the key in the door lock and unlock it.

Any ideas what is going on?

Don't know if the same issue or not but just had to have the IP fuse panel and relay replaced as the rear doors would not lock any way except manually. Would unlock fine. Dealer service fixed it in about an hour.

Same issue here, doors would not unlock. The cheap option is to swap out batteries in the remote. If it happens again, off to the dealer

There is a sequence of unlocking and remote start and relocking that can cause your remote to not unlock the doors. I remember m dealer explaining this but he didn't get int the details and frankly I didn't pay a ton of attention because I was playing with the radio.

BUT - he did say that if it happens to simply reprogram the remote through the DIC. here's the instructions from page 250 in the Yukon manual -

Relearn Remote Key
This display allows you to match remote keyless
entry transmitters to your vehicle. To match a
remote keyless entry transmitter to your vehicle,
do the following:
1. Press the vehicle information button until
PRESS V (the checkmark button) TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY
displays.
2. Press the set/reset button until REMOTE KEY
LEARNING ACTIVE is displayed.
3. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons
on the first transmitter at the same time for
approximately 15 seconds.
A chime will sound indicating that the
transmitter is matched.
4. To match additional transmitters at this time,
repeat Step 3.
Each vehicle can have a maximum of eight
transmitters matched to it.
5. To exit the programming mode, you must
cycle the key to LOCK.

Hope that fixes it.
