Removing Front Seat Headrests 05 Tahoe

How do you do it?

I bought some seat covers to keep the upholstery from getting beat up. Need to remove the headrests to slide the covers on.

Pulled on 'em....pushed on 'em. Tried to find a "lever" to release them.

How do they come out? I can't believe they sell "slip on" seat covers where you have to disassemble the seat to remove the headrests.

Pull the headrests all the way up. Look on the sides of the posts and you will see a small hole. Push a small pin into the hole and that will release the headrests.
