how safe is suspension and a body lift

i am thinking about buying the rough country bolt on 6 inch lift and a 3 in body lift. i want to run 22s with 38s.. if not i want a good lookin set of 16s and 38s. everything i have found is only 6in and that wont clear 38s??? im open to suggestions

i have an 01 with a rancho 4" and 3" body and have had no problems. i bought the truck already lifted so i dont know how many miles are actually on this set up.

not sure what year and what motor you have but i have the 5.3l and with 35's the motor is a little lacking power
