Noise From engine Bay Might be the fan but im not sure

:Chevy: I have a 99 tahoe and i just finshed doing the brakes in the process i spilt break fluid in the engine bay. So i cleaned it with engine degreaseer and at first the belts were makin squicky noise and i solved that with belt conditioner. But then im having some noise comming from the fan and its been goin on for two weeks now and i tried sprayin belt conditioner on the fan and the pulleys but it still makes the noise. Please i need help does anyone have any suggestions.

Can you isolate the noise as to location, or can you describe it a little better? There are several possibilities. It could be a fan clutch, or the belt tensioner, or an alternator or A/C bearing, etc.
