I have a 01 Yukon XL with Autoride, I know that the compressor runs after start-up, but sometimes while sitting still it starts up. It has 18" wheels on it, would that have something to do with it. Is it trying to compensate for the bigger tires and wheels. That sound is very annoying!!! Thanks, Steve.

You might have a slow leak in the system that's letting the rear to start sagging enough for the Autoride to keep compensating.
