I didnt No !!!!

2000 tahoe .....Well i got my oil changed and i went to reset the oil light ( turn key on dont start and hit gas pedal 3 times) well after about the 50th try i decided to look to see if i was getting full throttle, cable looked fine and all looked good. So i looked at a 2001 tahoe HOLY COW wheres the cable? its drive by??

well i finally got it reset after going crazy on the pedal.. So all 01+ are drive by?

my 99 was not but the our 06 and 08 gm's are, i was wondering when the cut off was.

They started in 2000 nbs, but not all models were DBW. Some models still had the cable, depending on trim.

thats really wierd.. I first i thought there was somthing wrong like i got ripped off!! .. I have the 00 with the newer body style and its an LT with all the bells and whistles...

I stated 2000 in my previous post, but it may have actually been 01 when they started the DBW.
