tahoe "sport"

wanted to know if anyone could tell me about the tahoe sport, i see in pics that they have the wheel flares and was wondering if the lower portion of doors and fenders and rear quarter pannels were paintes black or if thats a plastic or fiberglass trim package, i have a 99 base model tahoe just got it was former government vehicle very few options or trim on it, im thinking of getting wheel flares etc thanks
