Hi.

Trying to trouble shoot a fuel pump problem with a 96 Suburban.

Fuel pump does not come on and no pressure on high-side line.

Relay functions when key is cycled but there is only ~5v coming to and going out of the relay.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much

I'm using my 99 Tahoe, 4x4, 4 door as a reference. This might be different for your vehicle.) Go to the driver's side rear wheel well. Between the wheel well and the back door, look at the frame. The ground for the gas tank should be right around there. Undo it, take a grinder to the surface, and get a clean ground. Clean the eyelet of the ground. Reattach and see if that helps.
