Does anyone have a removable add-on towing mirror that they'd highly recommend? I haven't towed my 21' boat with my Tahoe yet but I'm anticipating that I'll want a wider view than the stock mirrors provide.
Attached is what I used on my Trailblazer. Not very user friendly. Because of the way they mount and the fact that nearly all the weight is unsupported, they vibrate quite a bit and are tough to see clearly out of.
I'm not wild about swapping the body color stock mirrors for aftermarket power-extending ones, both for cosmetic and cost reasons.
Any really good ideas out there? Or do the stock mirrors give plenty of visibility? The boat/trailer rig is about 27" OAL.
