acdelco isn't always the only choice.

o2 sensors i don't replace cuz i don't have to worry about emissions in south carolina. pcv valve i get from a local auto parts store b/c it is only like 5 bucks anyway. wires i got 8.5mm red ferrite spiral core for $45 from chimptoast on ebay. plugs i got from summitracing.com acdelco rapid fire for $30. cap and rotor i got off ebay from evalero1 for $25. fuel filter i didn't even think of. i will look into that

the cap and rotor are standard motor products. from summitracing it would be like 80 bucks.

here's some deals i found for my hoe:

cap/rotor (retail $55 for just the cap from summitracing.com)

k&n intake (retail $272 from summitracing.com)

wires (retail $90 from summitracing.com)

plugs (retail $5.99 from advance)

Damn good finds. I just wanted to use factory parts since i had problems in the pass with different manufacters. Wasn't trying to be a jerk or nothing. I fact I think I'm going to get one of those K&N fipk's you posted.

glad i could help u out untouchable.

i got my fuel filter for $5 at autozone. took 10 minutes to install b/c i didn't have an adjustable crescent wrench and had to use vicegrips and pliers.

also, got gas in my eye. suprisingly it didn't burn at all. my jacket also now wreaks of gasoline. :)

the guy at autozone said take out your pcv valve and if u shake it and hear a rattling noise it is fine and u do not need to replace it. if u hear nothing, then replace it. mine rattled so i left it alone.
