Left Turn Signal Problem 2003 Tahoe

My left turn signal doesn't work. Fuses are OK. Are there separate flashers for left and right turn signals and if so where are they located?

take a look at the socket of the bulb in question mine was actually "burned" out ..had to replace the socket.Are both signal lights out? front and back if one still flashes then the flasher works fine . chances are it might be the bulb area as the source of the problem
