99 Tahoe LT HALO Light set question

Can somebody tell me if this is good I would like to buy a set and install it in my 99 Tahoe LT

the halo's may be ok, $100 shipped sounds a little high though.

but DON'T buy the projectors that cosmodynamics are selling on there. im STILL trying to get my money back and its been almost 2 months... the up and down adjustment screws on the aren't designed right. lights looked awesome though.

i had halo lights on my s10. they weren't designed well either. the brackets didn't fit like stock and rubbed the paint on my grill. it wasn't bad enough to take them off and they did look awesome. i had to glue the bracket back together after i broke it. my problem could be b/c the front end on my truck was wrecked and rebuilt tho. and the bracket probably broke cuz it had hydraulics and i had been known to hop the front end off the ground occasionally.
