97 Tahoe..Front Speakers.

Anyone know if the stock set up are component speakers in my 97 tahoe 4 door Lt? how do i remove the door panels to get to them? thanks

door panels pop off. remove 2 screws in door pull area, pry up switch assemby and pop off door panel. loud pops will sound when each panel fastener comes off, dont be alarmed. sometimes 1 0r 2 may break, easily found at parts store, and cheap. 6 1/2 inch at bottom of door, 1 inch tweeter in switch area.

Is there a crossover for the factory somponent speakers? how big is it?
