Greetings. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience installing a third row seat in a Tahoe or Yukon that did not origninally come with one. We bought a 97 Yukon last fall. It only seats five because it has the center console between the front seats. Shortly after we bought it we found out that kid number three is on the way, so soon all the seats will be full. I'd like to have some extra seating capacity but don't want to replace the Yukon. Is it possible to retro-fit the cargo area with parts from a salvage yard to hold an OEM seat without too much hassle? Barring that, has anyone had any experience with third party seats, such as those from this outfit:
