I'm looking to lower my '03 Tahoe 2/4, I have 275/55/20s on it with 90k miles. Right now, predrop, it drives like a boat. Floats all over. I put Bilstens on it a couple years ago but it didn't help. With the drop, and maybe new shocks, will the ride improve? Do I need to add bigger sway bars? Is there a kit and shocks that are better for ride/handling?

I have the 2/3 drop and my shocks are nitro drop shocks.they are not to bad. A bigger sway bar will help with handling..

floating all over sounds odd.... 50 series tires dnt have that much rubber to be the tires causing bouncy feeling... you replaces shocks... sway bar will only benifit when turning.
