Just want to say hello, so Hello. I purchased a 98 tahoe 2 dr dirt cheap a couple months ago that needed dire engine work and decided to join a forum where everybody had something in common. I'm still building the motor for it and real close to being done. It had a crate motor in it that they thrashed and a rebuilt tranny that I hope is still good. I won't know until I have a running motor in it. The only original parts from the motor now is the block, crank, and rods were good all the rest was junk, so I said what the hell, I'm going to build it the way I want. I will post pics and details later.
