Been lurking for a bit, figure its time to post up and do some research on a few issues ive run into. I'm in the Phoenix area.

First things first. 1997 chevy Tahoe 2wd. Cai exhaust, tb spacer all the normal bolt on BS.
Now for the fun stuff. 4L6e case with built 65e internals.

3" over fabtech upper and lower arms uniballed, full moly steering all heimed, 3" lift spindles (almost 4 inches over per side with spindles), fox 2.0 coilovers up front ran through the frame , blocks and custom traction bars out back hooked to chromed fox 2.0 resies. Hanneman 2 up 4 out fenders, 4.56s out back. Rides on 35/12.5/17s.

Here's a few pics.

Hope to learn a few things on here. Having a hell of a sloppy steering problem. And a few little gremlins. Other than that my ho is a damn dependable truck, which is more then I can say for the ty :p

Future plans for the ho are 6 over beams out front with 12 inch fox foilovers. 4 linked and 9 inch out back hanging on 14" coilovers. Blown SBC. Should be a fun ride.

Thanks for looking, now I'm off to research my steering issues. Thanks for looking.

Thanks! They may not be much but they're paid for.

Couple little gremlins with them both but I'm slowly working on um.
And I do mean slowly. Recovering from being rear ended in the Tahoe in October, major shoulder issues and 3 bulged/degenerative disks in my neck.

Can't do too much. Usually have friends help and I just supervise.

After I recover, however I will be going balls deep on both trucks builds.

Thanks again for the warm welcome.

Well, you need to take it easy, I am a Disabled vet with MANY bad discs and degenerative disc disease in my back, and I know right where you are coming from. Also, the best lookin' vehicles I have ever owned have been the ones without payments...lol

Agreed. The Tahoe had paint peeling on the drivers side, that nasty dark blue leather with tears all over the drivers seat and bad AC.

Never loved a daily driver so much haha.

Oh and thank you for your service.
