Should I take the roof rack off

Don't know if I should take the rack off I seen some with out it and they look clean

I've never seen one off until I looked @ this post, must say it really cleans up the roof line, I like it both ways, JMHO

i took mine off, but didn't know what to do with the holes in the roof. I figured that i couldn't just leave it and let water and crap get in. I ended up wrapping the same screws i took out with teflon tape and putting them back in. If u have any better ideas let me know
