2001 is it a good year?

Hi Everyone,

I have always wanted a used Suburban but have decided to start with a used Tahoe. I found one listed fairly closeby for 6500 OBO. Is 2001 a good year? I am getting kind of scare. I have always owned Jeeps and never had any major problems but I need something to haul horses and antiques. I don't care about the fuel consumption, just want a safe, reliable and nice looking vehicle to drive.

It is a LT, Vortec, with a lift backdoor.

Yeah 2001 okay not bad at all and you have no reason to be scared "Trust Me" when i say chevy is reliable i should know i have owned more than 4 chevy's so yes there very safe and reliable and Welcome to the neighborhood :welcome::welcome:

Safe - check. Reliable - check. Good Looking - double check. I've had my '02 LT for 8 years now and have loved every minute with it. You will fall in love with the Tahoe!
