I have a '99 K2500 4X4with the 454. She runs great, even gets 16 mpg on the average, which I feel is pretty good for such a beast.
My problem is with my 4WD switch. When I first got the truck about 7 months ago it worked just fine. I haven't had the need to engage the 4WD for about 4 months and I noticed that the switch does not even light up any more and my 4WD will not engage.
A friend has the same switch in his '99 Tahoe, and although it doesn't light, his 4WD does engage.
Could it just be a bad switch or do you guys think I've got a bigger problem.
