Can I put 18x9's with 33's on my stock height?

I was just wondering if I could put 18x9's with 33's on my stock height Tahoe Z71. I am currently stationed in the UK and can't put the lift kit on that I want too, because it would be to tall to park anywhere.

Hey J, I have a 95 that had 33x12.5x18r on it when I bought it. The front rubbed a little around corners but after I messed with the torsion bars it was just fine. I eventually put 3 inch lift blocks on the rear end to level it out. I don't know about 2000, but my mom has a 99 and its the same body style as mine.
