Tips on installing Sway Bar Bushings

Hello everyone. Second post here so still very much a Noob. So here's my problem. I have a 98 LT 4x4 and I am trying to install new Moog sway bar bushings but I cant seem to be able to get them on since they're new and a lot fatter. On a 2x4 it is a pretty simple bolt off/bolt on job, but on my 4x4 the frame is in the way of doing that. I only have a little bit of wiggle room and its not enough to slip the new ones on. Any ideas on how to get git-r-done? I'm desperate and at a loss. :help:
