Hanging Strap in 3rd row disconnect?

I have an LT, I cant seem to figure out how to disconnect the hanging seat belt in the 3rd row. anyone?

It tucks in. Why remove it?

I don't want to remove it I just want to unlatch it from the buckle when not in use,

Oh sorry. I thought you meant get rid of it as it hangs down from the top of the roof. You're just trying to do unlatch the buckle in the seat correct?

Disconnect the rear safety belt mini-latch, using a key in the slot on the mini-buckle, and let the belt retract into the headliner.

He might not have a key, my LT has push button start

I don't either. It doesn't have to be a car key. Any type of key that fits in the slot will do.
