Just put 22s on the Tahoe and I'm running 305s with no rub. The issue is when I get on the highway and hut 60mph and up the steering wheel shaking begins. I've force balanced and everything so now I'm trying to determine are my factory struts in front too short considering they only have a 17" Max extension. I've been considering getting Rancho struts with a 22" Max extension to handle the bumps and shaking. What do you guys think?

Have you tried moving the front tires to the rear and seeing if the vibration follows the wheels? If it does follow the wheels, then you may have a tire that is separating.
