2015 power liftgate question

Hello,

I've noticed that my power liftgate (not hands-free) seems to close pretty hard. I just picked it up today and had to run to work...so I haven't had time to really check it out. I know that my 2011 LTZ closed and latched very smooth.

Is this a common issue?

I have noticed the same thing... Is this an issue? I actually kind of like the way it slams it shut. My 2013 highlander closed the liftgate gently and is there even a feather in the way it wouldn't shut closed. It was annoying to say the least. I understand the whole safety (kids hands) concept of it but this seems better to me.
