Instrument panel hard to read

Has anyone else noticed that in bright sunlight the instrument panel is very hard to read if not almost impossible especially when wearing sunglasses (as we must do here in Phoenix). I searched the net and there have been many complaints about this an there is a GM bulletin out about this #4222? Does anybody know what they (GM) are doing to fix this?

I agree. It would be nice if we could just wire it so the dash lights would be ON all the time. Dean

Sometimes my radio lights will go dim in bright sun light that later go bright again.
