I have a 2004 Tahoe with a plow, is there a different
torsion bar that can be installed that will give me more front end clearance.

Keep the current bar, and install ford keys. You can get another couple inches of adjustabliity over the factory keys.

Or buy some rough country torsion bars if you have too much sag in the stockers.
