Keyless entry key fobs

New member here. Looking for info on replacing 2 key fobs on 2004-2006 Tahoes. I have none of the originals and need to purchase and program 2 for each vehicle. Any special requirements and does anybody know how to program these things.....other than my local Chevy dealer? Thanks.

Just make sure you get the right keyfobs. I found this site that provides instructions to rest them.

you have to get one for your specific year. it doesnt matter however which vehicle it comes from as long as it is a fullsize chevy truck.(silverado,tahoe,suburban,avalanche) the key is the year.
