This may or may not be news to some of you, but I thought I'd post what I got from my last meeting.
Here's what has happened so far:
Feb 19, 07 - XM/Sirius announced the intent to merge.
Nov 14, 07 - Shareholders voted to approve merger.
Mar 24, 08 - Dept of Justice approves merger.
So what's next?
To complete regulatory approval, the merger must be approved by the FCC.
At this time, I have no info on when the FCC will look at the plans and/or the anouncement on their decision.
