Door panels and speakers

Hey guys im back once again trying to replace my blown speaker ...just haven't got around to it.
So today i tryed to remove the door panel i removed the screw on the bottom of the door and the screw in the middle and it wouldn't budge:mad2: i tryed for a while and nothing would come off....
Could some1 help with some instructions of how to get it off without braking something. I know its something simple im just missing it...
