Best in-dash DVD Player????

Hi All,

I am looking to replace my stock stereo with a flip up DVD player. Who do you think makes the best one for the price? I don't need Nav or anything like that. Just want a great pic and controls.

what year is your tahoe? you should invest in getting a DD that takes up the whole space. im getting rid of my flip out right now and going to do the same thing JK did in his 01. btw flip outs hit the shifter when its in park. brands like alpine,eclipse and pioneer are always smart.

Mine is an 01. But I thought a DD would not fit???

i think a flipout vs the DD in the first place was the worst decision ive made so far. trust me on it a DD is more practical and looks alot better.

I've had a flip out...it's cool but nothing compared to my new DD, looks much cleaner IMO...Clarion has always had my vote..I've owned a lot of different players and clarion has got this sh*t in the bag...and if you have an iPod this is the only way to roll!
