Now what is so different about the 03 up using a dd and an 02 using a single din.
I ask this because I have a 2002 Burban and would eventually like to go DD in dash DVD.

The dash trim bezel is smaller, its made for a 1.5 din. And the housing the radio fits in you have to cut some stuff to get it to fit right. JK has a post and he shows the bracket he made to get the radio to fit.
