No Sound To Sub

Hey guys I only have one 10" sub, and i'm not getting any sound from it. I have power to my amp, fuses are still good, what else can I look at? Bad speaker wire to the sub?

pull speaker out, test the coils on it, and try another speaker, if it works, woofer is blown, neither, may be bad amp.
