500 watts peak would relate to 250 RMS.
So to give them 250 watts RMS each you could go with a 2 Channel amp that is
250 watts X 2 @ 4ohms
Or a 2 channel amp that is 2 ohm stable in bridged mode and does 500 watts bridged.
A monoblock amp that will do 500 watts X 1 @ 2 ohms.

a JL 250/1 or any other 1 or 2 channel amp that would do 500 watts max at 1 or 2 ohms as WrenchGuy was saying
