Its not rusted all the way though yet but it is bubbling so it will be there if its not yet. I didn't realize that you could cut out a roof section, I thought the metal was thinner up there and welding would only make it warp leaving me with even more body work

No one has any ideas on how to get the rust out?

Hey guys so, my tahoe is falling apart haha the drive line is all brand new if i was to take the frame out from under the body it would be perfect but those stupid VIN numbers "apparently" need to match so now i gotta fix the rust of replace all the parts into another truck with a good body. so...

Haha thats alright, its a 96 2 Door Tahoe. I didn't realize that records only went back so far. I kinda thought that GM had some massive super server hidden underground somewhere being cooled by some kind of german engineering or something like that
